- Cook the rice in a pot with some salt about 1/2 tsp till soft at medium heat than strain for about 1 hour I prefer to do that the day before.
- Now add the onion garlic and oil in to a big skillet or a wok and sauté till onion is transparent now add the chicken cube and stirr.
- Now with medium heat add the rice soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and fry about 15 minutes.
