  2. You need 1 cup of All purpose flour.
  3. It's 2 tbsp of Salt.

  5. You need 1/2 cup of Teriyaki sauce.
  6. It's 1/2 cup of Sweet chili sauce (Asian style).
  7. You need 1/2 gallon of Frying oil.

  1. Use scissors to cut wing tips off and cut wings into drums and wing portions.
  2. Put flour, salt and pepper into a bag and mix up.
  3. Put oil in frying pan approximately 3 inches deep with oil and heat to 350°F. Test with a candy thermometer or drop a discarded wing tip to test oil for frying temperature. Look for wing tip to fry but not smoke..
  4. Toss wings in bag of flour to coat lightly shaking off excess flour and set aside while oil heats up to 350.
