- You need 2 of skinless, boneless chicken breast.
- You need 3 tsp of Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning or my Versatile Spice Mix Recipe.
- It's 3 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare 1 of garlic clove crushed.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of cream cheese softened.
- You need 2 tbsp of sour cream.
- You need 1 of juice from 1/2 of a lime.
- You need 1/2 cup of finely chopped cilantro leaves (leaves only, no stems).
Cilantro Cream Chicken step by step
- Heat butter in a skillet over med-high heat..
- Sprinkle Chicken seasoning over chicken. (There is no need to measure seasoning, just sprinkle on as much as you want).
- Cook chicken on both sides until brown and juices run clear..
- Remove chicken and set aside..
- Remove some of butter from pan leaving about 2 tsp..
- Saute garlic in remaining butter until soft..
- Turn stove on low and add cream cheese and stir until melted..
- Add sour cream, lime juice and cilantro. Stir and cook about 30 seconds..
- Remove from heat. Cover chicken with the cilantro sauce..
- Serve..
