- You need 10 tbsp of Flour.

- Prepare 9 tbsp of Corn flour/Maize starch or you can use Chicken crispy flour.
- Prepare 1 cup of water.

Crispy Chicken Pok-Pok step by step
- Dice boneless chicken breast into cubes (medium size).
- Chop-chop garlic.
- Mix 10 tbsp flour, a pinch of black pepper, chopped garlic, a cup of water and a pinch of salt in a bowl (batter).
- Mix 9 tbsp corn flour and a pinch of salt (dry ingredients).
- Floured chicken into the batter then coat chicken in dry ingredients.
