  10. It's of Optional: Quorn Chicken (or any protein!).
  11. It's of Honey Mustard Dressing.
  12. You need 1/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  13. Prepare 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice.
  14. You need 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar.
  15. Prepare 2 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard.
  16. You need 1 Clove of Minced Garlic.

  1. Cook the Pasta (al dente) and set aside to cool. Toss with a little oil to keep from sticking together!.
  2. Dice the vegetables & nectarines into small chunks..
