Ingredients of Chutney Chicken
- It's 100-150 gms of boneless chicken.
- It's 50 gms of coriander leaves.
- It's 50 gms of mint leaves.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Lemon juice.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of jira/cumin seed.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 2 tablespoons of curd.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of basil powder.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of oregano powder.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper powder.
- You need 2-3 of green chillies.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder.
- It's Half of small onion chopped.
Chutney Chicken instructions
- FOR Chutney- mix coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin seeds, salt, onion chopped, salt to taste and green chillies and grind them to form a chutney, ginger piece and garlic cloves to make green chutney. Onion is missing in the picture but u should ask half onion to the chutney to give it a spice.
- Take boneless chicken, mix, 2 teaspoon chutney, 2 tablespoons spoon curd, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 2 cloves crushed garlic, all dry masala(salt, oregano, basil, garam masala and red Chilli powder) as shown in the picture and some oil and mix it.
- Keep the marinated chicken for 1-2 hours.
- Now take a pan and add 1 teaspoon butter to it.
- Once the butter melts add the marinated chicken and pan fry it till the time it cooks completely. Do not overcook otherwise it becomes hard. You can also cover it to let cook. It fast and make it juicy.
