Lemon Special Fried Rice step by step
- Heat of pot with a lot of water once the water is boiling hot, add basmati rice and allow it cooked and once it's almost tender turn off heat wash rice and set aside.
- Dice chicken breast, pepper and fresh green Chilli pepper and set it aside.
- Heat up frying pan and once it's hot add oil and once the oil is hot add chicken and stir, 4 mins into stir frying the chicken add lemon juice and stir add ginger and garlic stir.
- After 6mins add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, Worcester sauce, knorr cube, salt and stir.
- Add pepper 🌶 and then add oregano and basil 🌿 stir and move the frying pan aside.
- In another frying pan heat up little oil, break eggs in a bowl add black pepper and a dash of salt and whisk, stir the whisked eggs into the hot frying pan and scrambled once you are done set aside.
- In a big pot add a quarter of the rice, add a quarter of the sauce and a quarter of the egg and stir everything together do the same process till you mix everything together.
- Reduce heat and cover pot allow it cook for about 3 to 5 mins and turn off heat and serve.
