Lemon Special Fried Rice step by step

  1. Heat of pot with a lot of water once the water is boiling hot, add basmati rice and allow it cooked and once it's almost tender turn off heat wash rice and set aside.
  2. Dice chicken breast, pepper and fresh green Chilli pepper and set it aside.
  3. Heat up frying pan and once it's hot add oil and once the oil is hot add chicken and stir, 4 mins into stir frying the chicken add lemon juice and stir add ginger and garlic stir.
  4. After 6mins add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, Worcester sauce, knorr cube, salt and stir.
  5. Add pepper 🌶 and then add oregano and basil 🌿 stir and move the frying pan aside.
  6. In another frying pan heat up little oil, break eggs in a bowl add black pepper and a dash of salt and whisk, stir the whisked eggs into the hot frying pan and scrambled once you are done set aside.
  7. In a big pot add a quarter of the rice, add a quarter of the sauce and a quarter of the egg and stir everything together do the same process till you mix everything together.
  8. Reduce heat and cover pot allow it cook for about 3 to 5 mins and turn off heat and serve.
