- You need 2 cup of basmati rice.
- You need 1 of small raw chicken.
- You need 3 of chopped onions.
- Prepare 4 of grinded tomatoes.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It's 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 4 cup of water.
- You need to taste of salt.
- You need 1/4 tsp of deggi mirch.
- You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of chicken masala.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala.
- You need 1 of bay leaf.
- You need 2 of cloves.
- You need 2 tbsp of mustard oil.
- You need of water according to need.
Chicken Biryani step by step
- Wash & rinse the rice with fresh water & soak for 20 minutes..
- Wash the chicken properly. Add oil in a karahi,when it heatsup,add cumin seeds,cloves & bay leaf,cook till aroma smells away..
- Now add chopped onions & ginger garlic paste, Cook till they become golden brown. Now add all the ingredients & saute for few seconds..
- Add tomato puree & cook till oil spreads from corners. Now add chicken pieces & cook on low flame..
- When they half cooked,dry the water,take out the water from rice & add them with 4 cup of water..
- Cover it & cook on low flame for 20 minutes..
- Switch off the flame & serve hot..
