- You need 500 gm of boneless chicken.
- You need 1 of large onion.
- It's 1 of large Tomato.
- Prepare 1 inch of ginger.
- You need 1 tbs of garlic paste.

- Prepare as needed of Coriander leaves for garnish.

- Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30mintues.Add salt and lemon juice in that soaked rice..
- Now in a pan add 3 tbs of oil, chopped onion fry it till golden brown colour then add the chicken pieces and garlic paste.Fry it for 5 minutes..
- Add Shan biryani masala, yogurt, chopped tomato and ginger.Fry it for 5 minutes continuously and then add 1 cup of water and cover the led..
- Now cook the rice in another vessel.When it is cooked pour the water and keep it..
- Now come to chicken.Cook it till it gets the texture as shown in the picture below..
- Now add the rice on the chicken in layers.And garnish it with ghee,food colour and coriander leaves. Remember at this stage the flame should be on lowest.Cover the led and leave it for 5 minutes..
