- You need 1.5 kg of Chicken.

- Prepare 1/2 cup of Oil.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Zarda Colour.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Whole garam masala mix.
- Prepare 1 kg of Rice.
Chicken Biryani step by step
- Take chicken.
- Add Ginger and garlic paste.
- Add curd.
- Add green chilli.
- Salt.
- Haldi powder.
- Chilli flakes and red chilli powder.
- Zeera powder and coriander powder.
- All spice powders all together.
- Peel and cut to pieces then add zarda Colour.
- Heat the oil.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
- Also add fried onions.
- Also add marinated chicken and little bit zarda Colour.
- Cover it and cook them until chicken and potatoes are tender.
- Chicken is tender but they should not be completely dry there should be some gravy left!.
- Boil water and add whole garam masala and salt.
- After boiling add soaked rice and 3/4 done.
