- Rice-fry 1 large onion until golden brown..add tumeric,salt stir the mixture for like a minute...add rice and stir...add 3 cups of water...when it starts to boil,reduce heat and cover.Check if rice is well cooked after 10mins though it also depends with the rice..
- Fry onions until golden brown put them aside.do the same to the potatoes put aside too..
- Fry the third onion,with tomato and the other spices until zikuwe supu😂(soup)add chicken cook on medium heat until tender then add plain yoghurt.let it cook well well..
- Add the fried onion and potatoes to the chicken..add salt let it simmer for a few more minutes.then serve..
