- It's 500 gms of biryani rice.

 - Prepare 1 cup of curd.

Dum Chicken biryani step by step
- Half boiled the rice, strain water & keep it aside. Marinate the chicken with turmeric & salt 1/2 an hour..
 - Heat a pan add oil put onion dice, saute till it becomes golden brown..
 - Add marinated chicken saute till it becomes dry. Add ginger garlic paste saute to cook nicely..
 - Add whole garam masala mix it well. Add whipped curd mix it well & cooked till the oil left on the edge of the wok..
 - Add half of keora water& biryani masala mix it well & cook for another mint..
 - Now Layard the biryani. Take a heavy bottom wok layered rice, then chicken and repeat the same process, likewise layered all, than add keora water, rose water, biryani masala & a spoonful of ghee & 2 tbsp saffron milk. Cover a plate & on the side close with roti dough. Now cook it on low flame 30 mints..
