- Add garlic, ginger & dhanya for a min.
- Add mushrooms stir to the mixture let it cook for 4 min or until soft.
- Add & stir chicken, cook for 10 min or until soft and close lid..
- Add salt & black or white pepper.
- Add homemade white sauce into the chicken mixture by melting 3 spoons of butter or margarine in a pot (heat must not be too 🔥); add 3 spoons of flour until it forms a paste, then add 150 ml milk bit by bit stir while adding milk. Make sure it doesn't become watery. Add 100 ml fresh cream. If its too thick milk not too much. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for 2 min so that the sauce can be absorbed nicely by the chicken.
