- You need of Sticky Mustard Glaze.
- It's 3 tbsp of Dijon Mustard.
- It's 3 tbsp of Honey.
- It's 3 tbsp of Demerara (raw) Sugar.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of Chilli Powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Ground Cloves.
- It's 1 of Salt n Pepper.
- Prepare 4 large of Chicken Breast.
- You need 10 of Slices/ Pieces of Bacon.
- Prepare 12 of Toothpicks.
Sticky Mustard Glazed Bacon wrapped Chicken instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Trim fat from chicken breast.
- Wrap chicken with Bacon (about 2 1/2 strips each) and use toothpick to hold together. (I dunked the toothpicks in water for 5 minutes so they don't burn in the oven). Place into oven for approximately 35-45 mintues. (Depending on size of chicken breast).
- Meanwhile, Combine the Dijon Mustard, Honey, Raw Sugar, Chilli Powder, Ground Cloves, Salt n Pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well..
