  2. Prepare of Flour + salt & pepper.
  3. It's 1 of egg, scrambled.
  4. Prepare of breadcrumbs.
  5. You need 1 of onion.
  6. Prepare 2 cloves of garlic.
  7. Prepare half of a carrot.
  8. You need 3 cm of ginger.
  9. You need 2 of bay leaves.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of flour.
  11. It's 1/2 tbsp of curry powder.
  12. You need 300 ml of chicken stock.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of honey.

  1. Coat the chicken breast with flour, continued with egg, and breadcrumbs.
